The warmest was in 1986 and most of the top records occurred mostly within the past 40 years except for a heat spell in 1941.\n<\/p>\n<p>Winter Haven tied for the 41st coolest fall and recorded the 40<sup>th<\/sup> coolest November. The picture in Winter Haven was similar except for hear records in 1946 and 1958..\n<\/p>\n<p>Bartow recorded the 31<sup>st<\/sup> warmest fall and the 32<sup>nd<\/sup> warmest November.
